Monday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 3. South wind between 5 and 10 mph, with gusts as high as 90 mph.

Tuesday: Partly sunny and cold, with a high near 3. South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west. Winds could gust as high as 90 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 3. Northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph, with gusts as high as 70 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny and cold, with a high near 3. Northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph, with gusts as high as 55 mph.
